The NFF has been involved with IFAP, the world farmers’ peak organisation, for many years and is an active member of its executive committee, participating in several of its commodity committees.

With populations growing globally lifting the demand for food, while, at the same time, droughts have been prevalent globally, food shortages will continue to be an ongoing, serious problem.

So it is timely that world farmers are meeting to discuss how they can work together to share from each other’s expertise, the NFF says.
