ACCC concern over Goodman fats and oils

19 Feb, 2010 11:02 AM
THE Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has raised concerns about reduced competition from Goodman Fielder's $240 million sale of its commercial fats and oils business to Cargill.

The ACCC yesterday issued a Statement of Issues seeking comment from the market, which can be submitted until March 4.

The ACCC expects to make a final decision by March 18.
