Cottoning on to new way to store grain

The poor cotton market and low supply of irrigation water have conspired to ensure there are plenty of module builders lying dormant.

But a Queensland company, Oztez Manufacturing, has found a new life for these builders as on-farm grain storage bins, thanks to a simple conversion.

An example of the converted module builder turned heads at Farmfest in Toowoomba this month, as visitors noticed an auger and started to ask questions.
