Gimon promoted to top job at Coonawarra

Coonawarra producer Rymill has promoted Sandrine Gimon to senior winemaker after the departure of John Innes, who had been at the helm for 20 years.

Gimon had been working as a winemaker under Innes for the past three years.

French-born Gimon studied oenology at the University of Reims and has worked in Bordeaux, the Languedoc and Western Australia.
