Stock and Land newspaper and Rural Press Magazines, in conjunction with TMI Pacific are offering readers the chance to WIN the impressive, all-new 2007 model CRDe Turbo, 79kW, Mahindra Single Can 4WD ute.

You can enter as many times as you like by filling in one of five original coupons appearing in Stock & Land each week from May 22 and continuing until June 19. Entries close on June 27.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the

promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3. To enter, entrants are required to forward appropriately marked original entry coupons, which

appear in Stock & Land, Australian Farm Journal, Australian Horticulture, The Australian

Dairyfarmer, TurfCraft International and Good Fruit & Vegetables magazines to MAHINDRA PIKUP

UTE CONTEST, PO BOX 254, MOONEE PONDS, VIC 3039. (Photocopies or facsimiles are

not valid). Entrants may enter as often as they like provided their entries are on original coupons.

4. Entry coupons for the competition will appear in the Stock & Land Newspaper on the 22nd May

2008, 29th May 2008, 5th June 2008, 12th June and 19th June 2008. Entry coupons will also

appear in the May/June issues of Australian Farm Journal, Australian Horticulture, The Australian

Dairyfarmer, TurfCraft International and Good Fruit & Vegetable magazines.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for

tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these

Conditions of Entry.

6. The competition begins in Stock & Land on 22/5/08, the May issue of Australian Horticulture,

the May-June issues of The Australian Dairyfarmer and TurfCraft and the June issues of

Australian Farm Journal and Good Fruit & Vegetables. Entries close 5pm EST on 27/6/08.

7. The prize winner will be drawn at random from all entries that are validly registered in

accordance with these terms and conditions. The prize draw will be at about 1pm on Saturday

19th July 2008 at the Australian Sheep and Wool Show, Exhibition Centre, Bendigo

showgrounds, Holmes Road, Bendigo Vic 3550. The Promoter’s decision is final and no

correspondence will be entered into.

8. The competition prize is a Mahindra Pik-Up ute valued at $26,990 incl. GST. On road costs are

also included.

9. The winner will be notified by telephone and mail, confirming the procedures for the collection

of the prize. The winner’s name will also be published in Stock & Land on Thursday 24th July

2008. If the prize is unclaimed a redraw will be held at the new office (from July, 2008) of Rural

Press Victoria, 100 Western Avenue, Tullamarine on Monday, October 20 at 10am.

10. In the event a winner is under 18 years of age, they must be accompanied by a

parent/guardian when claiming the prize. Proof of age will be required.

11. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility

is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

12. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is

suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) of/or personal injury which is

suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the prizes, except for any liability which

cannot be excluded by law.

14. The winner consents to possible use by the Promoters of their name, likeness, image and

voice in the event that they are a winner of this competition (including a photograph, film, or

recording of the same) in any media throughout the world for an unlimited period of time without

remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome).

15. Entrants also consent to their personal details supplied to the Promoter being provided to the

prize supplier TMI-Pacific for promotional purposes.

16. The winner will be responsible for all ancillary costs associated with the prize.

17. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the promotion. If the

information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By

entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter

may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes

without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. A request to access,

update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out

below.
