2c to 6c/kg higher.

There was a much larger percentage of beef cows penned with most being in very good condition.

There were 23 older manufacturing steers penned and heavy bullocks in fair to good 2 and 3 score condition which made 162c to 164c/kg.

The 328 beef cows in 4, 5 and 6 score condition all sold well where 3, 4 and 5 scores made from 137c to 158c with one European bred cow of excellent quality making 164.2c/kg.

Prices for 6 score cows varied from 130c to 142c, while heavier 2 scores made between 129c and 149c/kg.
