A 668-acre beef property on Victoria's surf coast has changed hands for over $3 million.
The property is divided into 22 well-fenced paddocks and is located near Modewarre, within 20 minutes drive to Torquay.
In addition to a three-bedroom brick-veneer home, the property has extensive sheds and steel cattleyards. It was listed for $5500 an acre.
