A LOCAL farmer has purchased Erimbali, near Yea, in Victoria for close to $4.5 million.
The Australian Financial Review reports the 460-hectare property has the capacity for 350 head of cattle or 2000 breeding ewes and is watered by 31 dams.
It has a renovated three-bedroom cottage.
