12 Oct, 2009 12:05 PM
Local farmers have bought Hope Farm at Culcairn, north of Albury, for a figure believed to be in the range of $1.4 million to $1.6 million.

The Australian Financial Review reports that the 321-hectare mixed farming property sits on Billabong Creek with a four-bedroom home, sheds, yards and dams.

Landmark Albury's Brian Liston was the selling agent.
