Te Mania home sold

16 Dec, 2008 01:10 PM
The long time home of Te Mania Angus, Pardoo, near Colac, has been sold for an undisclosed price.

Stock & Land has learnt that a family who currently do not have any agricultural interests have bought the property and intend to live on the farm and run a commercial beef operation.

The 443 hectare property has been in the Gubbins family since 1961.

The settlement will take place immediately after the Te Mania bull sale at Pardoo in March 20 next year.

Charles Stewart and Co Anthony McDonald negotiated the sale.
