A vineyard in Victoria's Yarra Valley has sold for about $1.2 million.
The 32 hectare property at Coldstream has 600 metres of frontage to the Yarra River and is planted to pinot noir, shiraz and a small block of chardonnay.
The sale includes a barn-style building with electricity and ablutions.
Andrew Houghton from RT Edgar Yarra Valley brokered the deal.
